Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending firm for tenders; steady for boneless skinless breasts
and dark meat items. Wings are steady to weak. Trucklot buying activity is
light to moderate entering the week as dealers continue to monitor
processing schedules. Offerings of tenders are in close balance to tight
and clearing well; boneless skinless breasts are moderate with jumbo sizes
in the better balance, dark meat cuts and wings are moderate to heavy with
smaller sized wings and thigh meat available. Market activity is slow to
moderate.
